Starting as an Assistant Supervisor, I was introduced to the heart of FLP: its empowering products, its people, and its promise of personal growth. I learned the fundamentals—product knowledge, customer care, and team support. It was a phase of learning, listening, and laying the foundation.

But growth in Forever Living isn’t just about rank—it’s about impact. As I moved toward the Manager level, I embraced a new mindset. I wasn’t just supporting a team—I was building one.
